By submitting your non-refundable  booking fee, the customer agrees to have Miracle FacePainter at your event to provide entertainment for families attending. In exchange, the customer agrees to pay Miracle Wetoskey & Miracle FacePainter a 30% booking fee, with remaining balance due on the day of said event through card or cash at the start of services to keep artist on schedule for following events.

By submitting your 30% non-refundable booking fee you agree & accept the terms of liability listed:
You accept responsibility & liability for property & persons at this location and release Miracle Wetoskey & Miracle FacePainter from responsibility & liability.
You understand an adult must be present at all times, & children’s supervision is the sole responsibility of the guardian/s. Entertainer is to provide twisting/painting services only & cannot safely supervise children while working.
You understand that there are dangers to children & pets if balloons or parts of balloons are swallowed. You understand that although we only use FDA compliant, hypoallergenic, water based paints & cosmetic glitter, we cannot guarantee a reaction will not occur.

If event is outdoors, please have a Plan B to move indoors for inclement weather such as rain or temperature that drops below 45°F or rises above 95°F. Artist/s, professional equipment, & materials need to be in shade &/or climate controlled area to provide services.

In the event of a rescheduling, we would need to determine artists availability at least 48 hours prior, in which case a new reservation would require a separate booking fee to be submitted by the following day. We’re usually not not able to book a replacement event at short notice to compensate for cancellations, & any booking fees would go to reimburse artists lost wages due to missed opportunities.
